Job Description/Duties:
Job Description/Duties: Working with the library director and staff, the assistant director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the library, including: collection management, technology upgrades, management of the automated circulation system, scheduling, information services, and other administrative duties. Candidates should be knowledgeable in contemporary library technology and possess management and communication. Applicants must also have a mastery of organizational, decision-making, team-building, leadership, and public relations skills.
