What You Will Be Doing?

We are looking for a smart, team-oriented and innovative leader for our Associate Director of Community Services to provide professional leadership, to coordinate and supervise all aspects of community services for our District, and to provide supervisory support to the District’s Branch Manager Team and our Business Librarian. This position serves as a member of the District’s senior management team and participates in the District planning and goal setting process. This position requires broad knowledge of library operations and policies, and a high level of experience, discretion, and technology skills. Work is performed using independent judgment and initiative.
