Job Description

Scope of Services

Contractor will–

  1. Add new samples to the Samples Library.
  2. Implement taxonomic scheme, as outlined by supervisors, for documents in the Samples Library.
  3. Add metadata to records in Samples Library, such as revenue category and community peer group (CPG).
  4. When appropriate, paste text of new sample documents into the body of the record so documents are searchable and can be accessed as HTML.
  5. Review HERO pages, check for broken/outdated links and make corrections as needed.
  6. Consultant may also work on additional projects as agreed upon between the client and consultant.

Additional Info & Requirements

 This is a part-time, telecommute, contract-based position with 10-15 hours per week. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Web, CMS, HTML, MS Office Suite experience required
  • Strong editing, proofreading job experience
  • Cataloging experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Self-directed and able to accomplish work with low supervision
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written communication skills
