LIBRARY DIRECTOR: East Morgan County Library District
Salary: $47,000 to $55,000 DOQ

EMCLD is seeking a dynamic Director for the Library with focus on encouraging visits, circulation, program attendance and use of digital resources. This position manages and develops staff, sets direction, and motivates achievement within a customer-centered environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and collaborator who can mentor change initiatives effectively. The person we seek will also be adept at managing the daily operation of the facility and grounds including fiscal responsibility for the District.
Education and Experience: A Master’s Degree in Library Science from a college or university accredited by the American Library Association is preferred. Two years professional level library experience working with the public is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. Option to begin Master’s Degree with the next 12 months and complete degree within 3 years will be considered.
