 Unique Management Opportunity

BRANCH MANAGER – The Fremont County Library System is looking for a Branch Manager for the Lander Branch in Lander, WY. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Lander Branch.  We are looking for someone who is community oriented and able to work well with library support organizations.  This person will supervise approximately 10 FTE, will be charged with implementing objectives that are tied to the system’s strategic plan, will assist in the development of the budget for the branch, and will work with other managers to develop system wide policies, services, and programs.  This position will assist branch staff with programming and collection development for adults.  This is a full-time exempt position with some Saturdays and evenings.  Pay starts at $19.00 per hour and includes the Fremont County benefit package.  Bachelor’s degree is required.  Master’s in Library Science or equivalent is preferred.  Application and complete job description may be found at www.fclsonline.org.  Resumes, applications, and cover letters may be sent to Tracy Cook at tcook@fclsonline.org   Application and job description may be picked up at the Lander Library, 451 North 2nd Street, or any FCLS Library.  Position open until filled, “EOE”.
