Duties / Job description: The Goshen County Library is accepting applications for the position of library director. Masters in Library Science with a minimum of three years successful public library management experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional library experience may be considered. Duties include: supervision of four full-time and two part-time employees, collection management, computer network management, budgeting, grant writing, reference and readers’ advisory, overseeing library automation systems, facility management and community outreach as well as managing fundraising, budgeting and financial responsibilities for the library foundation.
