Job Description

Full Time Supervisor (Branch Services / Clifton Branch) opportunity with Mesa County Public Library District.  

Provides library services to the public, including but not limited to issuing library cards, check out materials, answer reference questions, place holds, locate material and information using print and online resources.  Provide instructions to patrons on navigating resources.  Provide staffing coverage at other library locations when requested.  Work with staff throughout the organization to improve and provide library services, as well as supervise Clifton Branch staff.  Oversee Branch Operations in a well organized and systematic manner.  Support library policies, vision, values and mission.  Coordinate and provide library programs, outreach and special events.  Collect statistics, rotate merchandise collections, develop community partnerships and support increased awareness of services.
