Job Description

Job Title: Branch Supervisor (part hospitality guru, part coach, part manager)

Business Unit: Branch Services

Hiring Pay range:  $3,833 - $4,417 monthly, DOE

Job Type: Full-time; exempt; reporting to Branch Manager

Additional Info & Requirements

Do you have what it takes?

  • You have a minimum of three year’s library experience with supervision of staff and volunteers preferred.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree; (or 3 +years supervisory experience) Master’s of library science degree preferred.
  • You are tech savvy. You are computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, online resources and expert searching capabilities for Internet tools.

Your job will involve your being “on the move” in our libraries: You will stand, walk, crouch, stoop, squat, twist, climb, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and lift up to 25 pounds.
