About the Position

The Library Associate II– Public Services position is paraprofessional library work assisting the Adult Services and Youth Services Librarians in providing reader’s advisory and reference services within the library. Incumbent(s) may work at either College Hill or Irving Street Library and must be willing to work as needed.

 There are two part-time, 20 hours per week, benefited, positions available. These positions will be required to work a weekly Sunday shift and hours may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 The full salary range for this position is stated above. The starting range of pay is dependent on qualifications and experience of each individual candidate. The City of Westminster offers a bonus of up to $1,000 per year depending on the employee’s fluency in Spanish, Hmong, and/or Laotian.
