Job Description
The Library Aide provides customer service and help desk coverage in the Library Technology Center. This positon is budgeted for 25 hours per week and requires a flexible schedule to work two (2) evenings per week and one (1) weekend per month.
The salary range for this position is $14.43 - $20.20 per hour with a hiring range of $14.43 - $17.31 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Additional Info & Requirements
One (1) year professional experience on MS Office, Internet browsers and related software applications required. Exceptional customer service abilities required. One (1) year Library or closely related technology experience preferred. One (1) year experience with Macintosh and mobile operating systems preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.

The media services personnel in the Library also manage Channel 16 broadcasting.
