Rangeview Library District, Adams County Colorado is on the edge of major expansion and we are looking for sure-footed leaders to help us grow. Voter approved funding will triple our resources Building 4 new branch Libraries Major remodels for 3 of our current branches Located in northeast Denver, Adams County is one of the fastest growing counties in the state. We are looking for a knowledgeable, innovative, creative professional to provide hands-on leadership and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing communications, including public relations, web presence, brand awareness, and associated programs. This administrative role will include: • Develop overall long-term and short-term communications and marketing strategies • Develop and manage all visual communication for the district • Develop and manage graphics package for district including all library signage and display • Oversee development and execution of branding, editorial leadership and project management for all marketing communications across all media, including web presence, branch collateral, newsletters, outdoor media, online social media, seminars and events etc in conjunction with our Brand agency. • Provide analysis and insight to produce successful marketing programs and improve efficiency and communicating recommendations to Administrative team • Provide creative guidance and concept development for communications and marketing campaigns. • Manage design team to include web and graphic designers. • Be an active member of the RLD administrative team in visioning and creating the 21st century library. • Develop, oversee and actively manage the marketing budgets

Additional Info & Requirements

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred. • 5+ years of marketing/communications experience with 3-5+ years in a Director-level marketing management role • 2+ years managing web communication • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, adapt flexibly to changing priorities, and meet deadlines within a high-speed environment • Self-motivated and able to drive and run programs independently • Highly resourceful; not dependent on large corporate staffs and resources to achieve results • Brings a wide range of consumer marketing experiences: online and offline acquisition, email marketing, event marketing, loyalty, PR, media, etc. • Strong graphic and brand aesthetic • Strong inter-personal skills with proven track record of forging excellent relationships at multiple levels of an organization and community • Working knowledge of MS Office products and Apple
