Library Manager is responsible for performing the functions of hiring, supervising, and training of local staff; patron service; planning; budgeting; and administrative duties. Work involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the Library and assigned staff and overseeing expenditures of assigned operating budget. Jefferson County Public Library was formed in 1952 and is now the second largest library system in Colorado. With 10 locations, a Bookmobile, an award-winning Online Library, a diverse collection of more than 1.2 million items, 70 subscription databases and Internet resources, our 540,000 residents have many options to satisfy their informational and recreational needs.
