Job Description
This position works on a public desk, using high-level customer service skills to determine customer needs. Additional work includes seeking out customer interactions and performing simple research activities, such as locating materials and information, through the use of computer databases, and working with other staff to create a positive, inviting atmosphere for all customers. The successful candidate will have high energy, be enthusiastic, positive, self-motivating, a solution-builder and change initiator who can apply independent judgment to the work experience.Additional Info & Requirements
Must be flexible to work some evenings, weekends, and minor holidays.The Community
