Job Title Head of Circulation/Reference Description Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of community residents? Are you ready to work collaboratively with a dynamic staff? If you answered yes, the Sweetwater County Library System headquartered in Green River, Wyoming, is currently recruiting candidates for the position of Head of Circulation/Reference for the Rock Springs Library. The Sweetwater County Library System has nine branch libraries and serves a diverse population of 39,944 in the southwest corner of the state. The Head of Circulation/Reference is responsible for providing high quality Circulation/Reference service and the smooth operation of the division. This position is also responsible for supervising and evaluating the library staff within the division. A Master of Library Science degree from an ALA accredited institution is preferred, but is not required. Experience Qualifications for the position are a combination of education and experience which is the equivalent of a graduate or bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience as evaluated by the Library System Director. Salary Information Salary is $39,858 annually; based on a 35 hr/wk. Additional benefits include retirement plan, health insurance, vacation and sick leave. The state of Wyoming does not have a personal income tax.
