The library assistant’s responsibilities would include assistance with acquiring, preparing and organizing materials in the library catalog LibraryWorld and importing MARC records from Library of Congress and Biblios. Utilizing Interlibrary loan by using the DOCLINE government system supported by National Library of Medicine and SWIFT (StateWide Interlibrary Loan Fast Track) supported by Colorado State Library. Proctoring (TEAS) Test of Essential Academic Skills from the Assessment Technologies Institute for potential nursing students. Excellent customer service skills are mandatory to the faculty and students. The hours are 20 per week with a schedule of 2-7pm Monday through Thursday.The Community
