Job Description

Set up, categorize and organize a new and growing art related library. Would like the books to be linked to our website, so the public can access our list of books online. Books will never be able to leave library, they are strictly here as a resource at our organization. We would like to have a system of filing in our library that allows program director and/or artists in residence to enter in new acquisitions as time goes on.

The Community

We are an urban art environment with a library that is open to the community. RedLine houses individual studios for emerging artists in the Denver area. All of our books in the library have been donated and we're looking to organize them and set up a system that everyone can access and understand and is linked to our website. As a growing library, we don't have a ton of books at this point, but need, what we have acquired nicely displayed and categorized.

HR Info

Degree Certified Librarian. Art history a plus. Looking to set up community library with a system linked to our website. Doesn't have to be the Dewey Decimal System. It can be organized by Art genres and/or time periods. Looking to complete project in one week or no more than 40 hours. We are a non-profit organization, so payment will be negotiated.
