Hiring, assigning, training, supervising and evaluating activities of the circulation staff Directing, supervising, scheduling, and participating in tasks at the circulation desk Entering and analyzing circulation data Explaining library lending policies and procedures Serving on various task forces and committeesAdditional Info & Requirements
The Head of Circulation supervises a staff of seven, including the Page Coordinator. This position will also serve as a member of a Circulation Round Table recommending circulation procedures for the entire Jefferson County Public Library system. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, leading, and inspiring staff, and have an eye for detail then we'd like to hear from you.Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a library setting. Demonstrated ability to supervise and communicate effectively a plus.HR Info
