Job Description

Maintain library which consists of books, periodicals, government documents, technical guidance documents, CFRs, and maps. Specific duties will include: • Ordering and processing of requests for books, reports, technical papers, maps, electronic data • Handling inter-library loans • Cataloging books using Inmagic software • Assisting with setting up and maintaining special files (ie Molycorp Catalog of Documents, Rio Tinto docs, and Environmental Impact Statements) • Shelving and miscellaneous filing • Bibliographic literature searching using ProQuest (Cambridge Science Abstracts), Dialog, Google Scholar, other Internet sources • Assisting with reference questions and general help with library materials and processes • Routing periodicals-print and electronic • Maintaining periodical and newspaper subscriptions-print and electronic • Coordinating Denver office participation, subscription to IHS-platform for access to specs/standards and CyberReqs regulatory database
