ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS •Maintains aircraft records, vendor manuals and other associated data in both hardcopy and electronic formats. •Download updated vendor data from internet. •Knowledge of the principles and practices of electronic and paper file and records management. •Filing of library materials. •General administrative tasks (e.g. scanning, photo-copying, placing orders, etc.). •Work closely with the librarian and staff on all library related questions. •Capable of operating a computer with proficiency in email, Internet research, database management and office productivity software applications. •Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. •Capable of working independently or as a contributor to various types of teams. •Capable of assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands. •Capable of working within deadlines to complete projects and assignments. POSSIBLE FUNCTIONS •Compile a process manual for the library. •Performs routine data entry to maintain current library database. •Install computer software.Additional Info & Requirements
