Job Description
This position works on a public desk, using high-level customer-service skills to determine customer needs. The successful candidate seeks out customer interactions and performs simple research activities, such as locating materials and information, through the use of computer databases. He or she will work with other staff to create a positive, inviting atmosphere for all customers. The successful candidate will have high energy, and be enthusiastic, positive, self-motivating, a solution-builder and change initiator, who can apply independent judgment to the work experience.Additional Info & Requirements
Must be willing to work some evenings, EVERY weekend and minor holidays.The Community
