Job Description
-Plan for significant growth in virtual, mobile, and traditional library services. -Motivate, empower and inspire a team of five managers and 21 highly skilled support staff. -Guide the Board in exploring opportunities, evaluating success, and implementing the best practices of management, finance and library service. -Manage a $1,500,000 budget. -Engage the community with his or her personal energy, activism and enthusiasm. -Create an exciting vision that will make the library an essential part of a community member’s daily life. -Collaborate and partner with the local schools, surrounding library systems and other service agencies.Additional Info & Requirements
