Job Description
Will work assigned hours, 8-12 per week, at the Adult Services reference desk. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Serve at the public reference desk in assigned department, interviews patrons by telephone or in person responding to service requests. Locate information in assigned area using computerized databases and library tools. Accompany patrons to the book or audio-visual resources and instruct patrons in the use of library resources. Recommend resources for purposes of education, information, or recreational reading. Provide general administrative and technical support related to various Library functions and customer service. Assist in conducting Library tours and presenting programs.Additional Info & Requirements
