Job Description
15% COMPENSATION - Collects pay information and updates HRIS database, calculates compa-ratios and rates of pay in order to support compensation administration. 10% PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT- Reviews the performance plan, documentation, and enters performance appraisal ratings into HRIS database in order to ensure consistency and maintain the performance management database. 25% BENEFITS - Reviews and validates enrollment changes, enters enrollment or change data into appropriate carrier and internal databases, reconciles invoices, provides new hire orientation in order to support benefits administration. 25% EMPLOYMENT - Distributes job postings, reviews the qualifications and credentials of job applicants and interprets the results of pre-screening assessments results in order to recommend candidates for potential employment. 10% JOB ANALYSIS - Collects job data by interviewing Supervisors and observing staff in the performance of work in order to describe and document the jobs of the library district. 15% COMPLIANCE - Observes current federal and state regulations in order to comply with personnel laws and regulations.Additional Info & Requirements
