We have an opportunity for a part-time Information Resources Assistant to work approximately 20 hours per week in our Denver office law library. Our Information Resources department strives to provide timely and relevant information to the Firm’s attorneys, paralegals and staff in a cost-effective manner. This position is responsible for checking-in and processing all incoming mail (periodicals, materials, loose-leaf services, etc.), managing the physical library collections, and will assist in preparing invoices for payment. The Information Resources Assistant also supports collection development, maintains and enhances relationships with library users, and preserves the integrity of the holdings information in the library catalog.
This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week with flexible hours.

• Some college desired, library school classes a plus
• Interest and/or experience in libraries
• Strong organizational skills and a solid service orientation
• Willingness to commute to Boulder office on occasion
