The Marmot Library Network offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative Library Software Trainer who enjoys working collaboratively with an organization valuing teamwork and innovation. This position develops and delivers web-based and on-site training to library employees in our consortium.

PURPOSE:
The Library Software Trainer (LST) develops courses and delivers application software training to library employees using Marmot systems. The LST delivers web-based and on-site training across Colorado. The LST shares responsibility for the Marmot Help Desk: handling phone calls, email, and tickets opened by library employees, and working with colleagues to track and resolve problem reports and service requests.

Additional Info & Requirements

- Specific experience with Millennium or Sierra is preferred.
