Responsible for duties related to Circulation, Interlibrary/Intercampus Loan, Prospector and Reserves. The duties require competence in various computer systems, including Innovative Interfaces, Ares, ILLiad, OCLC, Rapid, Microsoft Office and Prospector. Assures all aspects of the Copyright Law and Interlibrary Loan Code, and reciprocal agreements between libraries are being met by the Institution. Provides quality customer service via a service desk, telephone and email to a multiage, multicultural clientele located world-wide. Assists with the supervision of 30 student workers.
