Job Description
Responsible for helpdesk support covering all aspects of technology for the Innovative Library System (LION) and Educational Resource Services. Resolves ERS Helpdesk calls. Prioritizes and escalates Helpdesk calls based on ERS Helpdesk support matrix. Maintains ERS website. Experience in level 1 programming, basic web design and management of web pages. Experience working on a technical help desk. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing experience. All other dtuies and responsibilities as needed.
