Job Description
LAC Group seeks a dynamic candidate to be the Program Manager for a Federal library and information center in the Denver, Colorado area. The Program Manager shall oversee a staff of between 5-15 persons and be responsible for all administrative and technical activities of the program which will include library and reference services, web development, graphic design and publishing, collection development and maintenance including serials and e-resources, and production multimedia materials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MLS From an ALA Accredited School is preferred but not required
At least 3-5 years supervising a staff of 5 or more
5 or more years experience as a library or information professional showing increased levels or responsibility
Experience with collection development and acquisitions
Ability to prepare and review reports including statistical usage reports and
Experience with producing and distributing publications such as newsletters and marketing materials is a plus
Experience supervising or performing copyright clearance workflow
