Job Description

Are you passionate about going the extra mile to deliver the best customer service?  Creative and energetic in developing programs and library services for adults?  The Louisville Public Library seeks a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our excellent Public Services Division serving the adult members of our community.

Under the general direction of the Public Services Manager and in partnership with Adult Services Librarians, you will provide timely information services; excellent reader's advisory and library instruction; innovative and creative programming; assistance with collection maintenance and perform limited circulation duties for users inside the library and in the community. You will provide support and assistance for users of the library makerspace. Performs other work as required.  Schedule includes evenings and rotating weekend hours.

Hiring Range: $18.61 per hour to $21.40 per hour DOQ
This is a part-time non-benefited position budgeted for 25 hours per week.
