Job Description

 POSITION PURPOSE

This is a responsible administrative and professional level position assisting in the administration of the City's Library programs. The position is responsible for the management and administration of all aspects of the Library's Technical Services department, including the following: collection development, ordering, receiving, cataloging, and processing of all new library materials, maintaining accurate bibliographic and authority records, repairing damaged library materials, and managing materials received or sent via interlibrary loan. Incumbent may be required to work some evenings, weekends and holidays.

The full salary range for this position is stated above. Starting wages are negotiable and dependent on the qualifications and experience of each individual candidate. The City of Westminster offers a bonus of up to $1,000 per year depending on the employee's fluency in Spanish, Hmong, and/or Laotian.
