Job Description
Job Duties: Works collaboratively with the Library Board, staff, and community to provide high quality library services for a county of 60,000+ contiguous to Louisville. Oversees all aspects of library service, including but not limited to, personnel management, fiscal management, 3 facilities, policy development and implementation, public relations, strategic planning, and carries out public service duties as needed. Responsible for the ultimate success of the library.

Library construction experience is desirable.
The Community
Oldham County is ideally situated as a convenient suburb of Metro Louisville and an hour's drive from Cincinnati (OH). The main library building has Gold LEEDS certification and is less than 8 years old. Both branches are in need of new facilities in the near future.
