Job Description

Primary responsibility for the general operations of the Rocky Mountain Campus regional library facility, providing reference services to students and faculty. Instructs students in finding, evaluating, and using theological research tools and resources; develops bibliographic aids and handouts; develops and hosts regular orientations and training; provides library instruction; processes and completes ILL and inter-campus loan requests; oversees the physical processing of local campus library materials; manages circulation; and evaluates material donations. Maintains collegial relationships with library staff at the main California campus and the other five regional libraries.

Other Education Credentials

An MLS/MLIS degree from an accredited institution must be completed or in process. Theological degree or training is preferred.

Other Required/Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with OCLC's WMS software. A working knowledge of theological reference tools including traditional print and online resources.
