Job Description
Job Overview:
The Auraria Library seeks a motivated and professional MLIS graduate student with an interest in Interlibrary Loan (ILL) & Document Delivery (DD). This position will have the opportunity to learn about Resource Management workflows and best practices while working in a professional library environment.
- Performs ILL borrowing & DD duties utilizing various systems, such as Sierra, ILLiad, OCLC, & Rapid.
- Works with supervisor to identify priorities, create and establish workflows and processes.
- Assists with standardization of policy and procedure documentation.
- Operates as Lead Worker and coordinates the work of other students. This includes providing training, managing students’ workload, and being a resource person for other student employees. In collaboration with supervisor, approves work schedules and leave, and ensures time sheets are accurate.
- Serves as back-up for ILL lending as needed.
- Other duties & special projects as assigned.
Schedule: Up to 25 hours per week. Hours are flexible between Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm.
Compensation: $16.12/hr.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrolled in at least three credit hours at an ALA accredited graduate program in library/information science.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ILLiad.
