Job Description
Manages the Professional, Classroom and Visual Media collections and their inventories. Processes orders for books, ebooks, visual media and kits. Maintains the educational journal collection and its table of contents/document delivery service, Current Awareness. Coordinates preview book program. Processes interlibrary loan requests. Assists library users with accessing library resources. Performs various library clerical duties, such as checking out materials, maintaining data files, compiling reports, shelving, filing, photocopying, and distributing mail, according to standard procedures. Develops and promotes good community relations among various school and community clientele.

Full-time, year-round. Work hours, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. weekdays
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer service skills. Bookkeeping skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel. Working knowledge of online databases and ebooks. Typing proficiency of 40 WPM. Must have a valid Colorado driver's license. Must meet insurability requirements of the Colorado School District Self Insurance Pool.
