Help Desk Director, Colorado State University Libraries
Colorado State University seeks a Help Desk Director to manage and supervise the integrated Help Desk at Morgan Library, one of the major public service points at the CSU Libraries. This position oversees the provision of both research and tier one technical support to students, faculty, staff, and community patrons in an evolving and technologically complex environment. The position works closely with library administration and other library units to identify strategic priorities, facilitate information-sharing, and ensure the provision of excellent customer service to library patrons.
