The Auraria Library is located on the Auraria Campus in downtown Denver, Colorado. The Library is administered by the University of Colorado Denver and serves over 45,000 students from three institutions of higher education on one campus – University of Colorado Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver, and Community College of Denver. Job Overview
Budget and Finance Management
- Responsible for overseeing the Auraria Library’s $10M annual budget.
- Provides guidance to the Library’s leadership many areas including: budget development, forecasting, cost reduction strategies and human capital management.
- Creates guidelines and implements best practices that will help achieve the overall financial goals of the Library.
Human Capital Management
- Advises and participates in the fiscal aspects of managing the Library’s human capital in collaboration with Library leadership and the Human Resources Manager.
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
- Extensive, diverse and progressively responsible experience in the areas of budgeting, finance, or accounting.
