Job Description
Participates in the performance of tasks at the Call Center including: • Checking library books in and out • Registering patrons for library cards • Determining status of damaged materials • Providing reference and circulation assistance to patrons by phone, mail or electronic inquiry • Referring patrons to various community resources • Registering patrons for classes • Explaining library policies and procedures • Placing holds on materials requested by patrons • Resolving issues for patrons and staffAdditional Info & Requirements
