The Garfield County Public Library District is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, energetic, and versatile Branch Manager to lead the talented staff and volunteers of the Rifle Branch Library.

This position is responsible for providing daily supervision of all aspects of public library services for the branch including but not limited to: collection development, reader's advisory, programming, community outreach and adult and youth services.
The minimum requirements for this position include a MLS or MLIS degree from a graduate school accredited by ALA, previous supervisory/leadership experience and knowledge of the principles and practices of public library functions. This is a full time (40 hours per week), exempt position. The annual compensation for this position starts at $52,000 (DOE), plus medical, dental, vision and retirement plan benefits; paid vacation, sick and holidays.
