Job Description
Colorado State University Libraries seeks a highly-collaborative, self-motivated, and forward-thinking librarian to engage with faculty and students to support research, teaching and learning for academic departments in the STEM disciplines that will be determined based on candidate interest and organizational need and will include some departments within the College of Engineering.
The STEM Liaison Librarian will also utilize emerging technologies to expand access to and awareness of library resources and services. This librarian will develop an expertise in research metrics, including citation analysis, bibliometics, altmetrics, and emerging tools for articulating research impact, and work with the College Liaisons to offer such services to the campus community. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to student success, an enthusiasm for teaching and learning, and excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Salary: $52,000-$60,000 plus benefits, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
