Job Description

Summary. This part-time position fulfills a combination of responsibilities, with primary responsibility for the general operations of the Rocky Mountain Campus regional library facility, overseeing of the collections housed within, providing reference services to students and faculty, and supervision of support staff and volunteers. Duties include reference services, cataloging, and financial management.

Education and/or Experience for the ideal candidate:

  • An MLS/MLIS degree from an accredited institution completed or in process to be completed within three semesters required
  • Theological degree or training preferred
  • Progressive supervisory experience in a customer service setting
  • Experience with OCLC’s WMS software
  • A working knowledge of theological reference tools including use of traditional print and online resources
