Job Description

As Delivery and Campus Mailing Specialist, you will oversee the various delivery services the University Libraries offer, ensuring accurate deliveries, correcting mistakes, and tracking down missing items as necessary. You will make one or both of the daily PASCAL (off-site storage facility in Aurora) and branch library deliveries and also be responsible for daily campus box and mailing duties. In addition, you'll help in the search for lost or missing materials, help with collections maintenance (shelving), and support Prospector and Interlibrary Loan services.

What we require:

  • Colorado residency.
  • Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License. 
  • One year of experience working in an academic library; appropriate education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

What we would like you to have: 

  • Knowledge of Library of Congress Call Number System.
  • Experience using Sierra ILS System.
  • Experience using ILLiad Interlibrary Loan System.
