Job Description

  • Be a contributing team member in the Employee Relations and Development (ERD) division.
  • Design, develop and deliver technical training courses, online training modules and presentations to staff.
  • Be an expert in all aspects of training.  Your role directly impacts employees and our delivery of services.
  • Ensure our staff receive training in mandatory compliance issues and oversee the delivery of supervisory skills training. 
  • Oversee the production and maintenance of training materials, manuals and training records.
  • Be our facilitator in classroom exercises, during meetings and participate in organizational development projects. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of staff training, design metrics and conduct the analysis of evaluation data.
  • Research and assess criteria and tools for training.  Your efforts ensure our training goals are met!
  • Be a resource to managers and supervisors when assessing training and development needs of staff in all divisions. 
  • Research and select outside consultants for special training programs.
  • Oversee technical training of front line staff system wide and provide presentation skills training to the SME trainers as needed.
  • Provide Enneagram coaching and team retreats as needed.  
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum 3 years related work experience with focus on curriculum development and developing and presenting trainings.
Strong communication skills, analytical judgment and decision-making abilities.
Intermediate reading, writing, and math skills.
High level presentation and facilitation skills for various audiences.
Valid Colorado Driver's License.
