McGeady Becher P.C. is recruiting a college graduate (preferred) to join our records staff. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, work efficiently, and have excellent organizational skills with detail ability very important. Position involves creating, maintaining, and destroying client files in both electronic and paper form, including extensive use of document management and database software. You will learn a great deal about our specialized practice as you classify and file documents. The ideal candidate will have records or library experience and a college degree with good academic record. Clerical, law firm, library, and data base experience a plus, but not necessary. Should be able to lift/move storage box full of files.
A detail test will be required prior to interview.
