Under general supervision, to provide library patrons with a high level of customer service and program, event and outreach experiences, to develop and foster community relationships that will increase the appeal, attendance and overall customer satisfaction of library programs and events; to perform related duties as required. The Programs, Events and Outreach Specialist is charged with modeling quality customer service behaviors which align with the library customer service model and City values.
