Special Projects Coordinator

Job Description

This position is responsible for promoting the library as an integral part of the community. The Coordinator is responsible for library advocacy and large-scale programming efforts which are tied to community partnerships. Specifically, the Coordinator serves as the liaison between the Library District and the schools and works to promote the library within school facilities. The Coordinator reaches out to community agencies including town departments and other non-profit organizations in order to discover opportunities for large-scale joint programming.
