Outreach Assistant

Job Description

The Library is looking for a confident, organized, out-going individual to become part of the Outreach team. Outreach Assistants report to the Outreach/Bookmobile Manager. Tasks include conducting programs for children, driving and staffing the Bookmobile on nights and weekends, programming for senior citizens, reader's advisory for all ages, teaching computer and technology classes( including the use of e-readers), and other related duties.

Description of Community

Small community near Fort Collins, Greeley and Loveland. Clearview Library District serves the towns of Windsor and Severence and West Greeley.

Required Education

Some College

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Experience

1 years of library experience preferred

Language Skills

Spanish is Not Required

Other Required/Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience working with children is preferred. Ability to drive the bookmobile ( does not require a commercial driver's license).
