The Montrose Regional Library District is seeking a go-getting Adult Services Librarian to highlight our unique resources and deliver them to the community.
We value candidates who can keep a confident, upbeat, and positive attitude in the public library environment; possess strong communication and organizational skills; and are comfortable with people of all ages and from all backgrounds. We are specifically seeking candidates who are interested in expanding our library’s services to the Spanish-speaking community. An ideal candidate will possess an interest in working with Spanish-speaking adult library patrons; flexibility to work evenings and weekends as assigned; and the ability to perform more physically intensive duties. If you would enjoy assisting a diverse public at the Reference Desk, planning enriching programs for adults, engaging community members through community outreach, and working as part of a team, we want to hear from you!
