The City of Westminster is seeking a compassionate and engaging Library Supervisor - Circulation who loves delivering exceptional customer service to all ages!
The primary responsibility and focus of this role is the circulation desk. This position is responsible for staff scheduling, supply ordering, training of new staff, and supervision of clerks and shelvers. This position will provide excellent customer service, handling and overseeing the opening of accounts, placing holds, handling fines, processing lost materials, and problem-solving patron accounts. The Library Supervisor – Circulation will also regularly work at all public desks including the information desk and youth services desk.
The Library Supervisor position is responsible for supervisory, administrative, and professional work reporting to the Library Services Coordinator. They are responsible for circulation services at Irving Street Library, including the circulation staff and shelving activities. This position requires working some evenings and weekends.

The Irving Street branch is a neighborhood library at the heart of Historic Westminster.
