The Middletown Public Library is looking for a full-time Adult Programming & Outreach Librarian to join our team at an exciting moment in the library’s history. This position will also oversee our brand new Innovation Center, supporting programs that may include technology, cooking, gardening, fiber arts, and more, based on community interest. The role includes collaboration across departments, partnership-building with local organizations, and regular public service work at library service points.

- You enjoy connecting with people and building community relationships
- You are creative, organized, and excited about developing programs for adults
- You are interested in emerging trends in libraries, technology, and community engagement
