Job Description
The ideal candidate provides leadership to coordinate and supervise all aspects of public services, including adult and teen, children’s, community based, and virtual services. Must have the ability to lead by example, inspire staff and promote enthusiastic teamwork. Strong and collaborative leadership, a clear understanding of the changing needs of library users, and a fierce commitment to customer service are all key success factors in this position.
